Casa Il Ponte är vid infarten till byn Cervo. Huset rymmer 6 personer och har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, ett sovrum med två enkelsängar, ett vardagsrum med soffa, ett välutrustat kök och ett badrum. I trädgården i denna Medelhavets milda klimatet, det finns apelsin-och citronträd. Stugan är centralt beläget, på gångavstånd till havet (100 m) och även centrum för Cervo och San Bartolomeo al Mare är lättillgängliga.

A calming contrast to the lively coast is Cervo, located on a hill that gently slopes down to the sea. The town is dominated by the arts. An example of which is the church of San Giovanni Battista which is one of the most meaningful attestations of baroque architecture in Liguria.
The church was designed by the architect Gio Batta Marvaldi and was dedicated to the workers of Cervo, who became rich through fishing and coral trade and whose donations helped build the church.

The forecourt of the church, which is adorned with wonderful 18th century piece-works, plays host each year in Summer to the International festival of Chamber Music and is a perfect open-air venue for music lovers.


High up on the hill of Cervo is the Clavasana Castle. Perched atop the rocks, the castle has been renovated many times over the years but still serves its purpose of defense as can be see by the arrow-slits and bastions exhibited.

The ethnographic museum of the western Riviera also calls Cervo its home.

In the town center of Cervo you will see rows of two and three story houses tightly lining the curvy alleys.

As most of the houses have not been changed within the last century, most of them still exhibit the antique archway entrances.
From castle square there is a wonderful path which takes you on a great little walk through the olive groves and thick fir forest to an unforgettable and unparalleled view of the Gulf of Diano. The stone bays at the foot of the hill are perfect for sunbathers and water rats.

The restaurants of Diano and the surrounding area are known for their refined recipe variations, most of which are inspired by the local, freshly caught fish; from a calamari salad to risotto alla Marinara to black calamaribrisotto to just plain old grilled, but great tasting, fish.

Ventilation fans in the cieling. More cosy light in the rooms. Nice beaches, close to Punto and Eurospin supermercados. Nice wineyards in the hills around Cervo (agriculturas). Old town of Cervo was wonderfull.

Der Balkon ist etwas zu klein (für sechs Personen), der Garten könnte besser gepflegt sein.

Man sollte vielleicht auch eine Sat-Schüssel installieren. Der Balkon war ok. Man konnte auf dem Campingplatz Lino sehr gut essen. Außerdem auf dem Berg in Cervo im Serafino, dass zwar nicht preiswert aber qualitativ supergut war. Dann sollte man sich alle Orte in der Umgebung ansehen. Ist sehr lohnenswert.

use the local bus. went to Diano marina and Imperia. both good places to visit. Liked beach at west end of cervo-quieter than san bartolomeo.loved the setting of the cafe in old cervo looking out over the bay. Had a very good holiday

Un lave vaisselle serait le bienvenu. le restaurant sur la place de l'eglise presque en haut de Cervo est ā recommander. tres bonne impression dans l'ensemble !je vous recommanderais a des amis pour des locations de vacances.

Cervo et Impéria méritent d'ętre visitées. Il y a un festival international de musique de chambre ā Cervo chaque année de juillet ā août. Le cadre des concerts sur la place de l'église est trčs agréable et les musiciens sont d'un bon niveau.

Die Strandanlage Bagni Tosco in Cervo ist sehr gut. Einen Ausflug nach Monaco - muss man gesehen haben! Ihre MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Kontaktaufnahme hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir werden gerne mal wieder über Blumenriviera.de buchen!

Die Ausstattung ist eigentlich ganz gut. Ein Fernseher für Schlechtwettertage wie wir sie hatten, wäre sehr empfehlenswert. Die Terrasse ist nicht groß, Sessel und Tisch sind vorhanden. Im Garten gibt es eigentlich keinen Platz wo man sich wirklich aufhalten könnte. Es ist aber eigentlich auch nicht notwendig, denn man ist ja normalerweise den ganzen Tag unterwegs, und bei Regen geht man ja sowieso nicht hinaus Der Nachbarort Diano Marina hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind der Straße entlag hingewandert und über die Promenade zurück. Die Stadt imperia ist auch sehr schön, ein Spaziergang am Hafen oder in der Altstadt lohnt sich. Die Grotten von Toirano sind nicht weit entfernt und lohnen sich auch. Wir sind dann auch in die Parfumstadt Grasse gefahren, waren aber eigentlich etwas enttäuscht. Es gibt 3 Parfümfabriken und einige kleinere Läden. Wir sind dann von Cannes die Küstenstraße entlang wieder zurückgefahren. Das war sehr schön. Und 1 Tag haben wir in Monaco verbracht. Leider war das Wetter nur den haben Urlaub schön und so konnten wir einige Touren nicht machen
